Disappointment....
I'm a very frustrated gal today....
My Hills Hoist layout got some really good reactions, not to mention a heap of views on SBB.... so I thought, hey, maybe I'm getting some recognition. I'm not the best scrapper around, I know that. But... maybe....
To get up this morning and discover that my latest offering had a grand total of 19 views and 1 comment. I was sad.... What am I doing wrong? I posted it on DSW too, and didn't even get a comment there....
I need to re-think my posting strategies I think.... this is pathetic. I feel like why bother posting in the first place??

Well, for what it's worth, here it is.....
Paper and elements from Fernlilis Dirty Boy kit - loved these colours... fonts used are Arcade Fire and Antique Type. Inked edge from, you guessed it, Atomic Cupcake.
I'm going to have some lunch and ponder the meaning of life...

No idea why - it can be disheartening particularly if you are excited about your layout.
Some of mine get lots of veiws but no comments or only one or two from regulars. I have decided that I post to share.. and get CC. If it doesnt happen.. it doesnt..
I hope you get some recognition soon :) and for what it is worth.. I really like your layout.
ahh the comment creature is a very fickel thing isn't it!!!
But hey - at least people LOOKED at it! :)
If I find that fickel comment creature I'll send him/her - it your way for sure hun :)
Don't get discouraged! I used to think I was a good scrapper too, but some of my layouts haven't gotten a single view at SBB. I have a theory that you get more comments on certain days/times, and I'm sure it all depends on being in the right place at the right time. You make fantastic pages!

Oh gorgeous Cassie! Don't be disheartened by lack of views and comments etc, I have found the time of day you post can have a big impact too, particularly for US sites. Also if there are a lot of people posting at the same time yours may get lost amongst the others. Anyway I love this layout! Great colours and beautifully laid out!
This layout is fantastic...don't get down! I used to feel the same way...It gets better...All the layouts I see on your blog are wonderful!

Oh Cass, don't feel down. I get heaps of views on my layouts and sometimes I get lots of comments and others' I don't. It does make you feel like they look at it, don't like it, so don't comment, but honestly that's not always the case.
I love your work Cass for what it's worth so do it for you and please keep posting. :-D
Hi Cass, hope you get this....was it your layout on page 58 of For Keeps Issue 41,,,I loved the FB Sunrise font but have no idea what FB is...so desperately trying to find it! The layout was one of the best in the mag I thought. Loved it!
