Update.... of sorts.
Ok, so I've been a bit slack lately. But I'm still here, if hanging on by fingernails at the moment. I've also had a bit of fun with a layout, so here it is....
You might recognise the photo from a previous post ;) This layout was WAYYY out of my normal zone.... but I'm still happy with it. Actually, I love it. And I got to put it in a font challenge over at DSD too, I had it done before I even read the boards - this font is a scrapping magnet I think...
Ok, on to other pretty things .... Remy for instance.
I actually made this layout the night that *skip* was away in Melbourne in January. I just didn't find a spot in the upload chain to get it up and running. So, better late than never, hey? This slump has been good for my housekeeping, getting all sorts of computer chores done :)
Ash has put some new paper up in the store and I'm a bit tingly in the fingers so I might get some more scrapping done today, you never know! AND I did my first SuDoKu this morning and I'm totally hooked. Might have to go to the newsagent and see if they have books of them.
Oh, I nearly forgot, another layout. This one should have a second page, but I haven't got around to it yet, mainly because we haven't finished the story yet!
Papers from Jen Wilson's Aqua paper collection, Wild tear from Atomic cupcake. Fonts used were AL Verdigris, Another Typewriter, AL Age old love.
Later guys and gals!
Journalling is from a very famous poem by Dorothea Mackellar
"I love a sunburnt country,
A land of sweeping plains.
Of ragged mountian ranges,
Of droughts and flooding rains."
This is only a snippet of my favourite part, well worth reading the whole thing if you get a chance.
Amazing papers and elements from Josie Celio From DMM Jan/Feb 2006. So rich and vibrant. Fonts used are Retro Rock Poster, Overprint DSG, and Saeculum.

WOW Hun these are all fantastic - I really love the middle one!! Me thinking I might need to head over to atomic cup cake and get that tear action - you so should do promos for them I think you've sold me on a few of those actions Missy hehe.
Love the layouts. That tap tale is priceless....I hope there is a happy ending?
I ADORE the filter thingy you have applied to the Remy photo. That is a stunner!
Sandi :)
Loving your layouts, as always! I am hooked on SuDoKu too!! You and all your Ash layouts are going to make me spend more money... lol! And Remy is growing into such a cutie pie. :)
